After ...Okay, so I took your recipe up a notch... <br /><br />After the steak browned, removed form the pan and kept warm. I then added a bit more coconut oil, chopped onion, 1/2 stalk chopped celery and sauteed until tender. <br /><br />Then add 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes and one bag of frozen, sliced okra and saute for another 5 minutes.
